You can easily sign up for a Skype i.d. for free at skype.com
Calling from Skype to Skype (computer to computer) is free. Skype to our land line is next cheapest, a few cents a minute. Some computers have built-in cameras and microphones, so we can video or audio chat. Otherwise, you need to get an external microphone & speakers or headphone with microphone.
